Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without needing to give a justification. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop before deciding whether to keep it — for example, checking its condition against the listing. However, if the item's value has been reduced because of handling beyond what's necessary to establish its condition, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
I will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 2 business days. Where applicable, this refund will also include your original standard delivery charge — if you chose a more expensive delivery option, we'll refund only the cost of our standard delivery.

I offer a 14-day no-quibble returns policy: if you're unhappy with a received item, I will refund in full, subject to the inspection terms above. All items have been scanned for listing and will be compared against the return.
