Can I return my order? What is the procedure?

In accordance with the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations 2000, you have 7 working days from the day of receiving your order to return the purchased items in the same condition as received for a refund.

Once in a while, we roll out discount offers on our website. Please stay in touch with us to know more about the latest discount offers on our wide range of Stamps and philatelic items.

Do I get the item shown?

If “quantity available” is greater than one, you will receive an identical item

Are all items for sale really in stock?

Yes. The stock file is updated overnight to reflect current availability.

When can I expect my order?

I post out every other day. Obviously postings outside the UK will take longer to get to you.

Who pays Customs charges if applicable?

Import Duties, Taxes and Charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Is there a minimum purchase value?

No, spend as little or as much as you desire.

OK, I want to spend a lot, can I make payments over a few months?

We can come to an arrangement whereby the items(s) are paid for over 3 months interest free and goods are dispatched on receipt of final payment. Please email me on to discuss

Do you sell fake or forgeries items?

We offer both authentic, privately produced and forged stamps as per our customer’s requirements. However, what makes us trustworthy in the philatelic community is that we fully describe all fakes/ counterfeit/ and error stamps before you make a purchase with us. At AG Stamps, we believe in providing quality and correctly described items so that our customers can have peace of mind.

We operate from two locations, it's possible that we may not have your purchase at Leeds, but by all means ask.
